Covid-19 Virus Statement

We at A&A Pet Supply are doing everything we can to keep our staff and our community safe. As of November 21, 2020, Summit County changed the essential business regulations and the limits on the number of people concurrently visiting a local business. Due to these changes, the number of customers in the store is limited to 10 at any time. Thank you in advance for your support, patience and understanding!

Curbside service is still available, and we encourage you to use it if you considered high risk, uncomfortable being in public spaces with others or unable or unwilling to wear a mask.

Curbside Service Orders

  • Curbside Service Orders may be placed using:
  • We request that your Curbside Service Order be scheduled at least an hour in advance so that we can fulfill your order and bring it out to our parking lot.
  • If possible, please bring a credit card and use it to pay in our parking lot when picking up your Curbside Service Order 
  • In the event that items that you have requested are out of stock, we will do our best to make you aware of this and let you know when it will be available for you to pick up. 
  • Our aim is to continue providing the best possible customer service.  Orders may also be placed at the store with paper forms that will be available, but you may not be able to pick up your items immediately depending on how many customers are currently in the store and the parking lot.

If you are over 60 years of age or otherwise fit into a high-risk coronavirus category, please contact us about the possibility of limited delivery service to your front porch. 

We will make ourselves as available as possible to provide phone consultations as well as answer questions submitted either by email ([email protected]) or on our Facebook page.

Dog Wash is Open

Our dog wash is now OPEN and we are asking that you call the store for an appointment as we are limiting the number of washes we do in a day so that the dog wash area can be disinfected between clients appropriately.
